After registration and completion of preliminary training, you may be scheduled for another mock code. Confirmation by the Education Department will be sent 72 hours prior to the schedule course,

MCH Critical Event Series: Shoulder Dystocia & Post-partum Hemorrhage Mock Code

All L&D Nurses: RNs and LVNs, and scrub techs must register for 1 of the 4-hour sessions:

* Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon

* Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon

* Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon

* Wednesday, July 2, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon

* Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon

* Wednesday, July 30, 2025 from 8 am to 12 noon

At this interdisciplinary, interactive mock code, at the center of this scenario is a standardized patient in labor who presents with risk factors for shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage. They later progress to post-partum hemorrhage. The scenario will be video taped and the video will later be review comprehensively during the debrief.

Dress code: HPMC approved uniform, i.e., scrubs.
