Description: This course will overview:

1. Open heart surgery (basic)
2. Hemodynamics
3. Common medications/drips
4. Possible complications and nursing interventions. 
5. Purpose of IABP, monitoring, possible complications and interventions. 

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLASS DOES NOT TEACH HOW TO SET UP OR RUN THE IABP**
