Key items to remember:

1.  Register for 1 session only.  Contact Education Department to cancel or re-schedule via email at education@hpmedcenter.com or by phone at 323-913-4582.  No multiple registration

2.  Clock in under "SKILLS FAIR" 

3.  End times are approximate and may change without prior notice

4.  PRIOR authorization from director if attending skills day before or after work hours

5.  Education Approval form is not required

6.  Be on time

7.  Clock out as soon as skill checklist has been signed off completely; unless, instructed otherwise by your unit leader

8.  Adhere to "Appearance and Hygiene" policy.  May be sent home if not wearing appropriate attire
